Heartwood Coaching & Storytelling
Whether you're part of an organisation or navigating a personal transition, Heartwood helps you uncover, shape, and share your authentic story. When you can tell that story with clarity and confidence, you know your priorities, build deeper connections with others and create meaningful change in your world.
Find the stories, change your world.
“There’s always a story, it’s all stories, really. The sun coming up every day is a story. Everything’s got a story in it. Change the story, change the world.”
— Terry Pratchett
Narrative Coaching
Change is constant. Whether you’re stepping into a new role, entering a new phase of life, or preparing for a fresh beginning, the question is the same: how do you move forward without losing your sense of who you are?
We support you in shaping a narrative that feels true and purposeful a story that helps you acknowledge and recognise the past then step into what’s ahead with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Curating Story Events
A Story Gathering is an oral storytelling event where people share personal stories on a shared theme. Gatherings are a powerful way to honour both endings and beginnings - marking moments like retirement, redundancy, changes in life stage, or the closing of a project.
Heartwood supports the full creation and curation of Story Gatherings. We help design the event, craft the messaging, and coach the storytellers so they feel confident, grounded, and ready to share the story only they can tell.
